Proposal: A Bicycle share center to be located at the intersection of Broad St. & German Town Ave. Using a bicycle to get around is a positive; it's eco-friendly, provides an excellent cardio workout and a pleasant alternative to the snails pace public transportation that's at times chaotic not to mention a kings ransom in gas prices. The only draw back is finding a convenient theft proof parking spot.

Users: Local community residents, Temple University community, and visitors to the area.
